BBQ'D by Made in Punjab serves one of the best Punjabi cuisines in the city. With Made in Punjab revived, it has added authentic Punjabi menu back to trails. To start with the starters, the Palak Pattha chaat and Dahi puchkas arrived well garnished. The Palak Pattha chaat - Big palak leaves deeply fried and served surrounding the potato mash, chaat sauces and add-ons was definitely awesome to trigger an appetite. Dahi puchkas/puris lined up - Who doesn't love them? The sweet and tangy sauces with curd in the puchkas are the best appetiser ever.

Next came the grilled appetizers. Kara bhatti panneer - The crisp outer and soft inner paneer roasted in the furnace was great. bbq'd special Paneer Tikka - The succulent panneer well marinated and grilled aptly with mint chutney was delicious. Malai Broccoli - The broccolis marinated well and cooked to the core. Though it tasted bland initially, a good taste over few bites. The garnishing is a plus for this serving. Tandoori Mushroom - The soft mushrooms tandoored with spicy flavor and I totally loved it. Hara bhara khabab - The typical hara bhara kabab served with mint chutney was no less ordinary.

From the mains, I totally loved the delicious and sumptuous gravies served here. Mark my words! It’s a wholesome feast. The Paneer butter masala, Dal makhani and Aloo gravies were amazingly prepared and I still crave for the taste. The signature dish - Lehsuni palak paneer is a great combination with tandoori rotis.

Coming to Mocktails - The Blue ocean happened to my favourite. Love at first sight for its turquoise color and the lychee - mint flavour made me happy right in the first sip. The Minty apple is another mocktail I loved with a slightly tangy flavor. They also have in-house cocktails and don't forget to try them.

I was already concluded, but the delectable desserts were definitely worth it. The Nukkad jalebi - The sweet thin jalebis aptly fries served with rabadi topped with dry fruits is their signature dessert. The Rasmalai was very succulent and I gobbled it one go. Though I'm not a sweet tooth, I loved the desserts and tempted me to cram them.
